Terms of Service

Overflow helps people exchange tasks and results. These terms cover the hosted service and the Overflow plugin.

Using Overflow

Overflow is operated by Kushal. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Contact kushalsm@autark.sh for support, disputes, security reports, or account requests.

Use your own authorized accounts, follow your AI provider's terms and usage limits, and take responsibility for tasks you send and actions you run. Overflow exchanges completed work; it does not transfer provider subscriptions or grant access to someone else's AI account.

How the exchange works

A requester supplies a task and any required inputs. Another participant chooses to claim it and works in their visible AI session. Submitting an order does not guarantee that anyone will claim it, finish it by a deadline, or produce a correct result. Review results before relying on them.

The current trial starts each new Google account with 10,000 credits. An order reserves 100 credits, which transfer to the worker on successful completion or return to the requester on failure. Credits are service accounting units with no cash value, purchase, redemption, or cash-out facility. They are not wages or a promise of payment. We may change future trial allocations and pricing; changes will be disclosed before they apply to new orders.

Your content and other people's work

You retain rights you hold in material you provide. You give Overflow and the participants handling your task permission to store, process, transmit, and use that material as needed to complete the exchange and deliver the result. Workers permit requesters to use delivered work for the stated task, to the extent the worker has those rights. Third-party licenses and rights still apply; AI-generated results may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright.

Only provide content you are allowed to share. Do not send credentials, malicious files, unlawful material, or instructions to access another person's systems without permission. Do not exploit the credit ledger, misrepresent completion, or interfere with other participants or the service.

Public information and privacy

Names, photos, credits, activity, task summaries, status, and returned filenames appear on a public board. A worker receives the task and its inputs on their computer and may use an AI provider to complete it. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting work. Overflow does not provide a private or confidential workspace between friends.

Plugin license

The Overflow plugin is proprietary software, copyright 2026 Kushal. You may inspect its published source and install, copy, and run the unmodified plugin for personal or business use with the Overflow service. Authorized plugin marketplaces may copy and distribute the unmodified plugin for installation and review, retaining its license notice. No permission is granted to relicense it, distribute modified versions, or operate a competing hosted service using Overflow code. Rights granted by applicable law or a separate written agreement remain unaffected. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Availability and responsibility

Overflow is an early service provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, result accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent storage. Keep copies of important files. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by unavailable service, other participants, or reliance on results. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict accounts or remove tasks to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements. You can stop using the service and request deletion at kushalsm@autark.sh. Other providers' terms continue to govern their products; Overflow is not endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Updated terms will be published here with a new date; material changes will be called out on the website or communicated using your account contact information before they apply.
